SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Standard shipping method is via ground.  If you are needing a part rush delivered, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm stock as well as work with you to determine the best shipping method.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely!  For international orders, it is best to contact us prior to ordering to get an accurate shipping quote.  Customer is responsible for any customs or duties associated with bringing the product into their country.  We WILL NOT undervalue orders or write false invoices to reduce import taxes.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Being located just outside of Omaha, Nebraska; we are literally the center point of the United States with ground shipping reaching all corners of the contiguous U.S. in 1-4 days depending on location and carrier.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number for My Order?

Yes, where applicable, a tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

Payment via most major credit or debit cards as well as Paypal is accepted.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

All orders and purchases are processed through the online store.  If a local customer would like to pick up their order, that is not a problem – please contact us to set it up; but the order itself and payment will be made through the website.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All sales are a final!  Please contact us immediately if you notice you’ve made an error ordering!  Once the item has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for a cancelled order and shipping will not be refunded.  If you need to change your order (i.e. you chose and bought S13 instead of S14 parts), contact us ASAP so we can make the change prior to shipping – any difference in cost will be the customers responsibility or refunded whichever the case may be.  Once the item has shipped, all sales are final!

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required to place an order.  It just helps with order tracking and for any future follow-ups.  You will not be spammed.

How Can I Return a Product?

All sales are final. Any returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer will pay return shipping charges. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be new, in unopened condition. All returns will be received and condition inspected before any refund is made.

In the event of a shipping error or a warranty issue on our behalf, we will pay return shipping and process the refund once the item is received.
